Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping within Canada for orders of 2 or more boxes. For orders outside Canada, international shipping fees apply.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, if your item is defective or damaged, you can exchange it for the same item. Please contact customer service with your order number and details of the defect or damage.
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. Please contact customer service to initiate a return.

Do I need separate power cables for each box?
There is only one power cable required for all the boxes that are stacked on top of each other.
Can I control all boxes with one remote control?
You can control all boxes from a single remote control, as they are all synchronized.
Does each SuperBox come with a remote control and power cable?
Depending on your order, a single box will come with a remote control and power cable, while a two-pack will also come with one remote control and one power cable. Similarly, the four-pack of SuperBoxes will come with one remote control and one power cable.
